Reflection sheet v1.0

Soulmate signs reflection sheet

Record a dream, coincidence or feeling in five steps without converting personal meaning into a guaranteed relationship outcome.

Published method · 2026-07-21

This sheet is for experiences that feel significant: a recurring name, shared song, vivid dream or unexpected meeting. It makes room for meaning while preserving uncertainty and consent.

Complete it once, choose a review date and avoid using the record to justify surveillance or repeated contact. A symbol can inform your reflection; it cannot volunteer another person for a relationship.

01

Record the event

Write date, context and what happened in neutral language. Then note what you were already thinking or hoping for beforehand, because attention changes what stands out.

  • Event and context.
  • Prior expectation.
  • Emotion and intensity from 0–10.
02

Generate three meanings

Include one personal-symbolic meaning, one ordinary explanation and one ‘not enough information’ option. You do not need to choose a winner today.

03

Choose a proportionate action

Select a reversible step that would still be respectful if your preferred interpretation were wrong. Examples include journaling, waiting for direct information or asking one non-pressuring question where contact is welcome.
