Unlike the playful Love Calculator, this page makes both independent arithmetic breakdowns visible without turning them into a compatibility claim. Unlike FLAMES, it does not use letter cancellation and circular elimination. A future comparison layer would require a separately reviewed, published, and versioned matrix.
What the comparison includes
Each name receives a complete letter table, compound total, reduced root, vowel profile, and consonant profile. Those two profiles are the full current output. They are displayed in parallel for inspection, not combined into a numerical judgment.
Entering and normalizing names
Enter two names or consistent labels written with supported Latin letters. The original display is preserved. For calculation, NFKD normalization removes compatible diacritics; spaces, hyphens, and apostrophes are ignored. Ñ is documented as N, and Y is classified as a consonant in v1. Unsupported scripts receive a clear error rather than silent transliteration.
Different names or nicknames may produce different arithmetic because they are different strings. The tool does not decide which form is legally, culturally, or personally more authentic.
Chaldean methodology
Version name-compatibility-chaldean-1.0.0 uses 1=AIJQY, 2=BKR, 3=CGLS, 4=DMT, 5=EHNX, 6=UVW, 7=OZ, and 8=FP. The raw compound remains visible and each non-empty category reduces to a root from 1–9. Vowels and consonants are summed separately; when either category has no letters, compound 0 and root 0 are shown as an explicit empty-category sentinel rather than a calculated numerology root.
How to read the result
Read each profile independently. A difference can become a question about preferences; a shared value can become a question about assumptions. Neither proves harmony or conflict. The current page does not convert those facts into matrix dimensions or observations of either person's character.
Use the side-by-side profiles, if useful, to generate a respectful prompt such as “What does feeling understood look like to each of us?” Do not infer a missing score, claim access to another person's feelings, justify pressure, or rank potential partners.
Limitations
Name numerology is not a scientific compatibility assessment. It cannot measure consent, trust, attraction, sexuality, communication skills, values, abuse, safety, commitment, mental health, or future behavior. Those questions require real context and, when appropriate, qualified support.
The v1 input policy does not cover every language or naming tradition. Even within supported text, one numeric root compresses many different strings. Similar numbers do not make people similar.
Privacy
Both names and every comparison fact are processed on this device. They do not need to enter a request, URL, profile, cache, log, replay, or analytics. Results clear on reload or close. Use another person's information only with permission.
Aggregate events can include tool, locale, method version, and generic success or validation. They cannot include names, initials, normalized text, letter tables, totals, roots, proposed dimensions, scores, ranges, or stable hashes. No input or result reaches the quiz.

Suppose the fictional labels “Noa” and “Sam” are entered. The current page shows a separate Chaldean table, compound, root, vowel profile, and consonant profile for each, then stops. It returns no score or percentage and does not claim that Noa and Sam should date or that either person's feelings are known.
